WE ARE THE CHAMPIONS !!!!! Not to anyone’s surprise, we won the league championship for the 3rd year in a row. The final score should have been 8-1 but T-Roy missed a routine pop fly and they scored 4 after that (he also had his own personal bocce game in the outfield in the 3rd inning). Carter and Joyce hit home runs to lead the offensive attack and Albo was also on fire. Teddy pitched a great game and stuck out 10. Arne showed the fans how to shot gun a beer and the girls at Beckhams were happy to see us. There was 144 beers and 4 bottles of champagne consumed before we got to Beckhams. Then a few shots and a $400 tab there. Most of the guys were in bed by 9:30 so it was a great night. The only issue is that we have to find the Trophy.
