Longhorns 11- Wolfpack 5: With a short bench (11 guys), we managed to pull out a victory behind a gutsy performance from starter Darren Fech. The Wolfpack took a 3-2 lead after 2 innings, when the bats woke up in the bottom of the 3rd and we put up a 4 spot and scored in every inning after that to put up 11 runs. The offence was lead by Craig Joyce, Brett Suchan and was highlghted by ‘The Handsome Swede’, Lars Glemer’s 2 run bomb. Fech went the distance in the win.
